Motorcycle and Powersports Service Technician- A & B Level

We are currently hiring an A & B-Level Motorcycle and Powersports Service Technician.

We are looking for experienced technicians who can efficiently diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcycles and powersports vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The service technician is responsible for providing quality repairs and services for all incoming units. This position requires strong product knowledge, diagnostic ability, mechanical experience, and attention to detail. You will perform customer service work, diagnostics, repairs, unit setup, and accessory installation while maintaining dealership-level quality and productivity standards.

Compensation

Pay starts at $15/hour plus $5 flat rate per labor hour, with earning potential based on experience, productivity, and skill level.

Schedule:

  • Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in motorcycles.

  • Perform routine maintenance, services, and manufacturer-recommended repairs
  • Utilize diagnostic software, wiring diagrams, and service information systems efficiently
  • Perform engine, drivetrain, suspension, and electrical repairs
  • Assemble, disassemble, and rebuild engines and other major components
  • Set up new units and install accessories
  • Conduct inspections and provide repair recommendations
  • Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors, parts personnel, and management
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Motorcycle, powersports, or automotive technician experience required
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Electrical diagnostic experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced or flat-rate environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with a customer-first attitude
  • Must provide own tools
  • ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement required
  • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and maintain a clean driving record
